VACA Construction & Roofing began in Estero in 2014 with a simple belief: homes deserve to be built with precision, honesty, and pride. What started as one civil engineer’s vision has grown into a trusted construction and roofing company serving Estero, Naples, Cape Coral, Bonita Springs, and all of Southwest Florida.
VACA is a family run business led by founder Fernando Vaca, a Santa Cruz native who graduated as a civil engineer from Florida Gulf Coast University. His career began in some of the toughest and most technical environments in the industry, including major infrastructure projects with Skanska USA, Astaldi Construction, and Conalvias USA. He brought that same discipline and quality to the residential world when he founded VACA Construction & Roofing.
Today, our team builds and protects homes with the same values that shaped that journey: integrity, craftsmanship, and long term commitment to the families and communities we serve.
